It seems amazing that 50 years have passed since our family started that small business project. Imbalplast was founded in 1976, as an evolution of grandfather Gianni<\/strong>\u2018s bitter roots packaging business, dating back to the 1950s. In the company, there were Father Sergio Alzani, mother Mariuccia<\/strong> and fifteen workers specialized in the production of packaging for the sanitary market. That is how our adventure began, day by day refining the techniques of extrusion, printing, and packaging of diaper bags. Today, at the top of Imbalplast and its 48 employees, there are Renato Alzani and his wife Beatrice, Giovanni Alzani<\/strong>, and, most recently, young Leonardo<\/strong> \u2013 the latest generation of Alzani family – who has also begun his apprenticeship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you can imagine, 2026 will be a very special year<\/strong> for us, dense with significance; however, with this kick-off article we do not want to celebrate our successes, or bore you with our innovative capabilities or quality of our work. Nowadays, the market imposes this: you need to be able to deal with them with commitment and creativity; if you cannot, you are out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, we would like to share some reflections<\/strong> with you. As we grow up, we become much more aware, looking around us with different eyes, realizing how much the scale of values has changed in favour of an excess of individualism and social fragmentation. All the consequences stand before everyone\u2019s eyes. We strongly believe that each one of us has a duty to contribute to \u201cturn the tide\u201d. That is why, for some years, we have been following the path of sustainability,<\/strong> which is not only about environmental protection, but it also involves everything and everyone<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imbalplast is a family business. It is part of our Social Responsibility<\/strong> to keep that authentic sense of family that distinguishes us; this is done without stressing profit at the expense of our employees\u2019 well-being. This vision does not just run on welfare initiatives, but it helps the minds to be more sustainable, without any anxiety or the risk of being swept up in the vortex of burnout. We practice gender equality, mutual respect, and we listen to individual needs, without forgetting how much important it is to take care of the common good and our territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking towards the future, these are the principles that will guide us<\/strong> in the coming years, ready to face the challenges of tomorrow and write new chapters in our history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
